Data Privacy & Processing Architecture
Dear Dially is built on a zero-trust, absolute-privacy framework. It operates exclusively within the confines of your local machine's browser memory.
- Zero Uploads: Your CSV files never leave your computer. There is no backend server or database receiving your data.
- Local Hardware: All parsing, matrix calculations, and rendering occur using your own device's CPU.
- Ephemeral State: Once you close or refresh this tab, all data arrays are permanently erased from existence.
Data Sources & Calculations
- Total Calls: Sum of Volume count across raw CSV structure.
- Outbound: Calls parsed where "CALL TYPE" explicitly includes OUTBOUND string.
- Manual / Preview: Explicit metric match against string logic containing MANUAL or PREVIEW.
- Contacted Count: Aggregation of rows where TALK TIME > 0 OR ABANDONED = 1.
- Connect & Success Count: Derived exclusively from Disposition Settings configured manually by user.
- Contact Rate: Contacted / Total Calls.
- Connect Rate: Connects / Total Calls.
- Success Rate: Successes / Connects.
- Abandon Rate: Abandoned / Contacted.
